IHF Junior Council

The Irish Hairdressers Federation (IHF) is proud to announce the foundation of a new concept "IHF Junior Council".  The Junior Council will meet up to 5 times a year where they will be involved in every aspect of our industry.  The IHF believes in preparing for the future and as we know, every organisation must look at how it operates and developes.  Our Junior Council is just one-step in the development of a successful future for the IHF and our Industry.

The Junior Council will comprise of 6-10 members with a mentor selected by the Executive Committee of the IHF.  THe Junior Council will have the opportunity to bring suggestions, opinions and their view fo our industry to their sessions in a combortable informal atmosphere.  "Giving our Trainees a Voice" was how it was put by one member of the committee.

This will be a two way street as the contact they will have with some of the most experienced people in our industry will benefit them and your salon and at the same time their enthusiasm, opinions, ideas and even converns about the future of our industry will be listened to and disucssed and they will be part of the solution.
