The IHF Star Team is a national initiative that supports trainee hairdressers at the early stages of their career, introducing them to competitions and professional opportunities within the industry.

Selected annually through a competitive process, the Star Team recognises trainees who demonstrate strong technical ability, commitment and potential. Each year, five trainees are chosen to take part in a year-long programme of education alongside some of the leading names in Irish hairdressing.
